Before joining Baird, I taught English literature in public schools in Charlotte, New York City, Asheville, and Chapel Hill. Teaching taught me to listen carefully, ask better questions, communicate complex ideas clearly, and build relationships rooted in trust. Those same principles guide my work with clients today.
I enjoy helping people navigate life's transitions, from retirement and career changes to family and legacy planning. My goal is to understand what matters most to each client and provide thoughtful advice that brings clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. I believe strong financial planning begins with listening and is sustained through long-term relationships built on integrity, honesty, and genuine care.
